I went to log into my recnet account, but I forgot my password. So, I clicked on "Forgot password" and then I entered my email. The coach didn't send me anything, I wanted if they could, someone could answer my question if this is normal and takes a while? I tried to enter other emails I had (they didn't have a Rec Room account) and it said that coach also sent messages, but no. I would really like someone to help me, thank you.

Invalid token means you already used that reset link once. You will have to have the system send you another forgot password email and then you will be able to reset your password successfully.
