#1068267053984792687 hello anyone that reads my account has been hacked today idk how or who i have played since 2019 my account name used to be Smarties and now has been hacked and can’t log in when i tried today. i have my exams this week being from the uk and this has panicked me more than ever. The person who has stolen my account has changed his user name to Quiinzx?
any rec room community support member would be great to get my account back as i’ve started playing in february 2019 i can’t log into my account and don’t want to restart as i has all my favourite rooms and i spent so much on this game. is there anything anyone can do to get my account back? please @ me as i don’t use discord often or dm me as i only came on here because i know rec room devs are always active on here.

Hello! With a hacked account the staff members cannot help here, I would recommend going to https://recroom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6080673575959-I-need-to-recover-an-account it’s a link to recover an account they will ask you a few questions and I believe it’s a zendesk ticket as well just to verify you are the owner and that it belongs to you. They should be able to help you recover the account.
