Hard no. I wouldn't suggest dividing your playerbase by having three different rooms branching out from the main room (unless it's necessary like in certain storytelling rooms.) From personal experience, I find it hard for both feedback and player growth when branching out rooms like that when you don't have to. With that being said, it's not impossible to successfully grow the room like that, just harder I believe. What you could do is make three seperate rooms, see which one pops off, and build upon that.

If we're going off opinions, I'd rather see a well-built remake of the story mode rather than a DIY or RP room. If it were me, I'd put all my time into that. You do you though. Whatever makes you happy.
