I see a white dot in center of screen when on PC. It's not the normal white dot you see for the Hud. It's noticeable when in 3rd person. You can see it on your avatar in the center of the screen. You can also see it when aiming a gun as well.

go into settings > visuals > hide HUD if u wanna hide the circle + all controls
