strange screen when loading up rec room

Whenever I get on rec room on Xbox one is doesn’t do anything but show this strange screen and it’s fully unresponsive. Please help

Go back to the home page, select the game, hit the menu button and choose quit game so that it shuts Rec Rom down and try again.

I’ve tried that multiple times. I’ve also tried restarting nothing seems to work

Uninstall, install again
