I log in and start up Rec Room pc App (non steam) and it has some issues.

When I was installing it kept failing or having issues.
Rec Room would sometimes randomly decide not to work at certain points while logging in and not respond.
DormRoom loading is extremely slow.

I am an Altspacevr refugee.... I have been invited to join Rec Room. I logged in, got my avatar read all the rules the rec room screen is on my pc and now I can't log out or get if off my screen. I click esc and I am able to move my curser to another monitor but rr is on my main screen and I am not even able to get to my task bar... I see no place or ability to even check my profile. I am definitely a RR newbie and NOT a teenager.... please can you help me marshak in discord DivaGal in RR

Sounds like you are stuck on the loading screen. Are you trying to play in VR or just flat screen mode?

You can hit alt+F4 to force close the Rec Room window and try again or hit CTLR+Shift+ESC and select Rec Room and End Task.

thank you I just also found out if I press my windows key the menu comes up and I was able to log out. Now How do I find my profile information

Hmm.. code “wrapper” is usually when a person launches Rec Room the wrong way. Make sure you are running the RecRoomLauncher.exe or a file similar to that.

If you are using the steam version of Rec Room, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
