@old birch i play on steam, i can access rec.net and i even made a ticket with the support team

when i do it it asks me my mail, i put it, click next and then it comes back to ask my mail. it does every time i click next

If the game and rec.net don't load for you, it sounds like an IP ban. Zendesk is a different site and should not give the same issues.

Not an IP ban, you get nothing but the inability to access rec.net and the game servers.

i also tried to create a new account but it was stuck at: creating new account and then it said this:

i tried now on mobile and it works with my account, so the problem is with my pc

And your PC and phone are using the same WiFi? Not mobile data. The only other thing I can thing is they have blocked your hardware address. Still, only ones that can handle that is support through Zendesk. Submit a request, giving all the information you have here, about all the restart and the fact you tried on a different device.
