why rr cant make stream cam on consoles bc there are good guys on psvr or ps4-5 what can make something good with it

It's how PSVR works, but I never heard of PS45.

The streamer cam outputs onto a second display, it doesn't record on its own.

Also, a Sony policy probably prevents it anyways.

because optimisation issue and tv output settings and Sony does not allow 3rd party recording software or cameras
