Rec Room's frame rate is very choppy and does not run at a functional rate. My PC has been able to run RR in the past and meets all minimum requirements and most recommended requirements (Lacking in the CPU). RR runs at a good frame rate when in screen mode. I do not think that the problem is Steam VR because it runs all other games fine. This problem started accruing after the "Holy Update, Coach!" Any suggestions?

If you have some type of system on your pc that controls performance/fan speed, check that. That was my problem, I had it on the 'balanced' mode which made my computer perform too slowly to run RR, much less SteamVR.
