everytime I go on my quest it says error code note I emailed rec room about it but they said it was my wifi so i used a hotspot and it worked is there anyway to fix it so i can use my home wifi for rec room

I recommend rebooting your Quest, along with seeing if you can connect to rec room on a different device like a phone or something (on the same network as your Quest)

People get that error even without any server issues, usually a network issue on the users side sometimes

So, while connected to your WiFi, you get Note, but on the hotspot you do not?

Can you connect to rec.net on the same WiFi or log in with any other device in the same WiFi?

If not, that would most likely mean your IP is being blocked by Rec Room. I would suggest looking up your IP with something like https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and submit a request through Zendesk with that information.

The error code "note" "pen or pencil" or "notebook" means there is most likely trouble on rec rooms servers. You can try logging in on a mobile device or try resetting your router. Hope this helped!
