it's easy tbh, you just report them

But it’s not like they get banned instantly

There are a few ways you can go about it, For starters you can use Zendesk and file a ticket report on the player in question, But you'll need some form of Evidence/Proof that sometime did something bad, Or you can be in the same room as the player and report them there, But personally I think it's an ineffective method.
