I heard of it and a lot of people used to beg for it but I don't really know what it is and the hype about it

You know how when other people throw an object at you it's supper jittery? That's because someone else was the authority of the object. Now that we can manually set authority we can have shit look so much smoother, along with reducing NET costs and other stuff.
