Why is my screen blinking black when I try to load rec room

What device are you?

I know if it’s quest 1, they will no longer be fixing it as rec room is slowly departing from quest 1 and is moving forward. They will discontinue it and it will eventually be removed from the store once It is no longer supported. They won't directly fix Q1 issues as they no longer support it.

I am assuming you are Quest 2 @oak jetty .
Solution is turn off power and turn on power (don’t shut down your vr). That’s solution one.

Solution two is going into your watch and turning on your comfort mode and off.

Solution three is quitting your application and launching it again

I own every device so please let me know what’s wrong in higher detail via device

right and I agree I understand your concerns, but as a newer devices come out, the older ones do you get forgotten or left behind because updates more towards the updated or new devices as that’s what they would prioritize because those are what are being bought not the old products like the quest one where they don’t make them anymore

I just got my first standalone vr and now I can't play one of my favorite games anymore meaning I'd have to get another headset

Tbh I’d say wait till quest 3 comes out it comes out next year I also got a quest 1 and the same problem. So wait till quest 3 or the same thing probably happens.
