Well, it could be catching up to what you were trying to do before. Whatever you were modifying. I have deleted that registry key many times and never had an issue. Whatever you were trying to modify before is the problem. Uninstall the game, delete that registry key again, if it is still there, delete the folder under C:\Users{username}\AppData\LocalLow\Against Gravity, if it is still there, delete the game folder if your modified folder is still there and wait for your ban to be over and try again.

They did there in that image. But, deleting that specific key just removes all local saved settings, so I wouldn't see why not. Now, going in there and trying to modify the individual keys on the other hand, that would be questionable.
