NEED HELP MAKING A GAME

I'm looking for people to help me make my own game I'm not ready to start making the game but i wanted to see how many people would be able to help considering that I want a complex level up game which could take up to a month to finish I'd assume some form of payment would be needed so I am able to pay in tokens however I'll need to know how many people will be working on this game with me because as I mentioned I'm not ready to start building the game mainly because I don't think I have enough tokens to pay multiple people so I'll need to save up a good amount of tokens before I can get help with the game unless you're willing to help for free. I'm going to have the game concept be my own response to this post just know it's a whole concept so it's going to be a LOT of reading to understand it

this game will be like minecraftsimulator but better I plan on making my own minecraft simulator where you can level up different things such as
armor, tools,guns you start off at level 1 using a wooden shovel and as you upgrade your shovel will cycle through the different types of tools in minecraft after you reach level 10 you get stone tools as you upgrade your tool it cycles through the different minecraft tools at level 20 you get gold tools cycle through the different types of minecraft tools until level 30 when you unlock iron tools and so on until level 50 netherite tools which means technically level 50 is the max level but I want people to be able to upgrade their tools base stats Infinitely there should also be skin changes as you level up your tools but I want a separate upgradeable sword for pvp and a specified pvp zone to get upgrades there should be a game currency and you trade said currency to a villager for tool upgrades somehow also for convenience you should be able to buy a villager slave a villager that trades currency for upgrades but follows you there will also be game stages stage 1 is where you're limited to mining wood and digging dirt stage 2 is where you unlock the mines stage 3 is when you unlock the dungeon and when you reach stage 4 there is going to be ai spawning naturally the materials you collect throughout the different stages will earn you the game currency minecoins but you can find emeralds hiding throughout the map much like in the game gunevolutions also I want an admin only area for me to work on invention making/upgrading or even a separate room attachment because we're likely going to need beta content enabled for the best game results and to make it popular

I found some people, they will work for low price (no exact price yet), but they are very inexperienced, I could teach them, but it may take a while. To pay people, we could add in game purchases, like currencys, donations, or costumes
