Use the game rules chips, configure it to military, and set the xp style to either by time, or when killed another player, and set xp ammount to add

Kinda complicated

Xp can be obtained by :

-playing (1xp for 5 players in room)
-doing jobs
-training (125)
-someone shattering a shards (100-1000)
-events
-loot crate (different rarity)
-shards (25 max)
Nukes (obtained in crates mostly (legendary or mythical) can be upgrades with sciences points)
-daily rewards

Sp can be obtained in future updates, shards can be obtained in loots or bought with cash from loots

You can also buy the monthly premium

To get keys you can complete weeklys, wait for events or train players

To train player you need OF-1+ (19th rank)

Also nukes gives xp for people around when using them (can be upgrades too)
