Depending on what platform you renewed it on you'll have to go online on that platform atleast once to activate it across your other platforms

If I were to pay for a rr+ subscription on mobile through the apple/play store but not go online on mobile but instead steamVR, I would not have rr+ active, only once I've gone online on mobile would it then be available on steamVR, this is just an example
