i once had a dream where i was dreaming about me sleeping . i woke up and i couldnt move or speak, i tried yelling but it was useless. i heard footsteps coming towards my bed and i started freaking out. i was able to move again and i ran out of my room, sprinted to my mom & dad's room, told them about what happened, they explained what sleep paralysis was, and then i actually woke up. scariest dream EVER!

i once had a dream where i kept waking up and everytime i woke up it would get more weird till i woke up really and thought i was dreaming so i hurt myself so i would wake up but ended up going to the hospital with a knife in my chest
