Make notifications and ui circuit not intercorrupt player when typing in chat (this happens in screenmode pc maybe)

Some people don't understand this, so let me explain.
A few months ago, a bug appeared which makes you stop chatting when certain HUD elements appear (For example: game starting notifications, CV2 show notification)

It can be really annoying sometimes.
