To make sure this is what's happening to you submit a ticket to rec room support and send them your IP in your ticket

@uncut cipher, I know how you can check if your ip was blocked, If you have online data on a phone that has rec room installed; Turn off your wifi, turn on Online data and start rec room. If your problem is an ip block, you should be able to play the game with online data or at someone elses house

Btw, If you dont wanna get you ip blocked again: dont spam a button when you get a error code from it, for exemple, If you get a error code when trying to buy rr+, dont spam the buy button, Doing so will send a bunch of calls to rec room's servers and it will get you ip blocked
