#How to make something run constantly?

The only way I can think of is a 30hz event receiver
30hz receiver
Whenever you finish the loop of things you want execute. You run the circuits again
What is that 😳
I got an event receiver in the room
How do I make it work lmao
configure it and change it to 30hz
Oh is it that simple?
Yes that will fire 30 times per second, basically instantly
I’m my
Oh my*
That didn’t work too well
The net blew up with 1 emitter
I’m doing something wrong
When I placed a second emitter, the net was too large and nothing worked
@paper rampart
Thanks so much for the help btw
That might work
When problem solving, try to remember the acronym KISS
Keep It Simple, Stupid
Damn 🤣
yeah only need to execute once for emitters
use a button or trigger volume to activate it once
I’d recommend using trigger volume
Also wire the player entered port to start on the emitter
@crisp fjord
hello
Configure the event receiver to be room loaded then on then add a delay of 1 sec on to the emmiter then loop after delay to start also hook up the event receiver to start
.
ill just loop it around
till everything works
lmao
This would only fire for RA, and if you have a RA flip, this breaks
Room Authority
@calm condor i followed your advice
and it worked
:D
wires are all over the place lmao
💋
added a few delay chips- its even worse 🤣
ngl
getting cv2 right
is SO SATISFYING
Isn’t it?
Next time, organize everything onto a single plane. (Sometimes on a flat wall) will help immensely when troubleshooting
ikr
right, i really do need to clean it up a bit 💀
@crisp fjord be careful with 30Hz event receivers, they can break rooms if you wire it to the wrong things, and also you can only have one of them in your room or else it will break
