#How to Noise.

Depends if it's CV1 or CV2. I can do both.
Get the position in question, send the vector through the noise chip, then set the position of the block by itself plus the noise on the y axis
Can you elaborate
Any kind of vector (Vector Create, Get Position, etc) --> Noise
Get First Rec Room Object With Tag (if you're using one object) --> Get Position --> Add
Noise --> Vector Create Y --> Add
Add --> Set Position (Position)
Get First Rec Room Object With Tag --> Set Position (Target)
Then have an execution.
Keep in mind that this is for a single object and does require an execution whenever the Input Vector for the Noise changes.
Wait there’s a CV1 noise, that must be cursed to see.
Agreed
Sorry, I’m sure this make complete sense and you know what your saying but this makes no sense to me.
Do you know what noise is or are u just confused on how to use it?
I have a rough idea that it has to do with positions in the world, plus idk really how to use it.
@full sleet
I used that to make this
The top button generates the noise and the bottom resets it
Wait, that looks really cool.
I heard I can be used for random terraforming/generation for games.
Hmm, very cool!
By any chance can you make it an invention and I can get it so I can look at it in person?
Yeah sure
Rn I have 4 sets of buttons for it kinda like chunks cuz I was in a rush but I’ll try and compact it
I only could actually generate 6x6 due to cpu
Okay, well any little model that I can use to mess around with and learn off of works!
