I don’t think it should ever be released for non RR+ and there’s a good reason why, firstly people WITH RR+ Are already drawing and wearing phallic objects as a shirt so there’s no doubt in my mind that there would be a flood of inappropriate clothing items. Secondly, it’s not really that fleshed out yet so if it ever were to be released to non RR+ members you don’t have many options on shirts.
