#Campaign maps: Optional "hard" completion targets

As much as I like the idea that the campaign maps should be finishable even by mediocre players -- the establish a base, and expand slowly type (and CW4 is wonderful for this, most maps are still completeable even if you let the creeper reach it's max point before you do anything), it would be nice to have optional hard targets for some/most/all of the maps.

(Looking at completing raindrops with only 2 shields and not getting an achievement for not violating the licensing limit.)

could just be for achievements like in cw3, things like this often shouldnt be too much to implement but add a lot to longevity for the kinds of players looking for more but not interested in colonies
