I finished the main campain yesterday. I was wondering where the UI for managing the upgrade gems is.I saw it in the help videos but never in my game. It should be on the right below the other menus, right? What am I missing?

The help video for that was made in an earlier build which still had those options, that is no longer the case as the gems provide a percentage boost (20% each, up to 100%) to attack range, attack speed, and energy. That boost is visible to the left of the energy production meter.
