Where can i get CW3 Steam Key?

I found the link in a few Steam discussions (search for steam key in the CW3 forums).
https://steamcommunity.com/app/280220/discussions/0/540736966030945500 is one that was posted by you if you want to remove the link. Because others have posted the link I wonder if it would be better to have the page exist but say the service was discontinued.

Note: The key exchange program has been terminated some time back when the inventory of keys were exhausted.

Maybe I should try and highlight it
