Out of context screenshot!
@remote seal I'm rating this one 7/10 on the Sorrontis-scale. Previous map was probably a 4. Have fun. Hope you make a video like last time, they way you dissected my map was great. Loved the autopsy. Let's see how thorough you are this round 😄
Only regret this map is that I didn't make the emitters more powerful. Resources were never really strained.
I see something nice...
Cleared it, video later, found cheese after digging into the code.
Did I miss a dirty trick or something?
Did you find the missing message(s)?
I triggered the message for ||trying to build all the nullifiers at once||, I didn't trigger the one for ||removing your rift lab to prevent spawning the emitter||. Were there any other hidden messages?
There were a few tricks I found; they will be revealed in the video but if you want spoilers now:
||Porters to have a massive energy stash distributed around the map to replace towers on status 1 and 3||
||Removing all towers on status 3 to prevent them from spawning spores||
And the one that sequence breaks the level:
||The code that prevents you from nullifying everything compares the number of nullifiers to the number of enemies, if you place one of the emitters that spawns under the rift lab next to another enemy you can nullify them both with 1 nullifier and stop "Tut tut" from activating. You still need to trigger status 4 to get that one so it isn't an instant win.||
I saw the ||scriptless script|| but didn't see the ||ADA message|| until after reading your comment.
||I had a feeling it would be possible with the right person. I forgot about people using the rift lab to position.|| Smart.
Live and learn. My maps always have loopholes.
Map is Colonies number 4857 "Isolation" by Sorrontis.
Sorrontis has given us a claimed "7/10 on the Sorrontis-scale", with the map still unbeaten after 36 hours on Colonies that seems accurate but only one way to find out.

Oh no. My day will be delayed
I'm really loving the psychological warfare my out of context shot provided.
Yeah, I was waiting for that emitter to suddenly go to 200/0.03.
Stockpiling orbitals, huge array of nearby weapons.
I thought about it. Next map will be harder. I'm starting to get my footing again.
Thanks @remote seal for the video. I will adapt.
I know exactly what my next map will be. And I'm sorry for myself to have to play test it
Haven't played the map but read the spoilers, ||I believe you could've checked each enemies' stun count which won't be 0 if they are nullified, instead of the nullifier count. It's a little bit harder to find what nullifier is nullifying something but it's definitely possible.||
Up to you if you're willing to do this or not, but I recommend asking people to playtest your map and try to find exploits. Yes it'll spoil the map for a few people but at least the final version will hopefully be less cheesable.
I'm okay with Cheesing my maps. That means you found a gap in my armour (sometimes I leave them in there on purpose). It's fun, and it lets people feel the accomplishment of out of box thinking.
What I need is people like Fire to record the playthrough. I learn so much, without bothering anyone too much.
||each enemies' stun count which won't be 0 if they are nullified|| this doesn't work if you stun the ||last two at the same time||, unfortunately, ||since I also check for stun count||
I don't understand how that won't work, unless we have different things in mind

interesting thought process ngl
after all devs who leave bugs in their game because they're fun are the coolest game devs to ever exist
ULTRAKILL for example is a great game that has some movement tech that initially was exploits but the dev just said "it's a feature!" and never patched them
they took away your "hard map award"
nooo
I wait for fireswamp to upload a play through cause I don’t want to feel like I’m being forced to experience failure just to be able to understand what I need to defend against.
lol
I liked your earlier maps because they felt tough but fair as I knew what I was up against and what I needed to do
that's fair, but that is not my telltale signature 🙂
that was because I didn't understand 4D rpl
the next map will e 4rpl... but maybe I'll make a vanilla before that.
Sorry for my complaining I understand it’s not your style
its all good.
interesting map
