Despite meeting the conditions (Defeat the 3 Beasts of Beauty and the Beast (E6M8) in under 3 minutes on Well Done difficulty or above), the achievement will not trigger for me. If I recall correctly, the achievement should trigger as soon as the third Beast is killed (the way it works in Fresh Supply), but this is not the case in Refreshed Supply. I tried: killing the rest of the enemies (the plants), doing everything in one go (no quickloads), doing it all under 2 minutes, finishing the level before the 3 minute mark (and after all Beasts are dead) . I am certain that I played on Well Done difficulty and not a custom one.

Getting this as well, can't get it to trigger at all on well done after killing all 3, achievement just won't register.
