#Request - Additional Font options

Id appreciate an option to use the fresh supply font
do you have a .ttf for it?
I don't actually own Fresh Supply
Replacing the fonts seems to also replace the subtitles
Actually I think it uses the same font Im dumb sorry!
I'd like to share the Santini font (another art-deco font based on the very same typeface used for the 3DO version of Killing Time), but it's a commercial font.
Also, because of that very fact, I decided to recreate the font from the Grace font from native 3DO resolution sent by Slartibarty a while ago. Looks a lot less interesting than the original font/typeface, but hey, I've got no other choice
if you can send me a .ttf I can add it very easily as a mod
I even added Comic Sans
Here's my recreation. I might send the original via DM later
With this one
@humble shard @white latch @vocal flower You're all gonna love this one lol
lol
also the font options should be for the caleb lines subtitles if cutscenes get them too
seems to be
The only thing it doesn't appear to change is chat messages in multiplayer
and of course main menu graphics but those are bitmaps
Note that installing any custom font mods will disable achievements
I just tested it
we are so back
Bundle can you be a bit more specific about what this means to you. Menu fonts, sub titles, are they too modern looking, too clean, etc.
Would players want Doom fonts, Quake Fonts, and so on. Or just every font under the sun?
Oh sure, to be clear, my goal here was to transcribe the request, so I put down that a couple of people mentioned they wanted the subtitles to have a classic feeling font in addition to the standard font.
Quite a few Nightdive games have fonts that are very functional, but not fun at all
I'm not saying that any or all of owl's font mods are viable, that's the community running with the concept, just that there should be an option for players in addition to an accessible font
At a minimum I'd like Desdemona implemented
as it's the font that Blood originally used for some of its graphics, it also fits the gothic mood
Doom's Font I like because it gives the game a very different vibe and Killing Time's fits the game eerily well
I also agree with this
it's "functional" but also feels too modern
like it feels too clean
To be fair, both Blood and Killing Time share the same common art-deco theme (although with their own takes as well), with the former set in 1928 (alongside several anachronisms on level designs etc.) and the latter set on a mansion that disappeared in 1932 (although with no certain year set during the time Hargrove's student came to the island before getting time trapped)
