One thing is the game engine has a sick as fuck real time reflection system using panoramic-esque captures on a shader level per-object, it's entirely possible to apply it to bots/vehicles but you'll hit a memory limit of the old era consoles pretty quick; a modern port could absolutely take advantage of this tech

Slosh is obviously pyro, and Mozer works as heavy, i feel like vlax works well as demoman, either goff or shush work well as spy, krunk is engineer, alloy is obviously soldier, exavolt is medic, which leaves scout, and honestly i can see glitch as scout, their personalities are a bit similar, you just keed to have the level 2 scatter blaster and speed boost
