My ideas about this (some are taken from that remake concept):

• I think the game should be one game that collected the first three parts for itself with some changes in graphics and mechanics, the game style could be left the same.
• The graphics should not be too retro (c1) and not too realistic (c mobile). I would really like to see a night like in CIA mobile, the night in this game is the best I've seen in mobile games.
• Improved modding and more features for it. Modding is what has kept this game alive so far, and seeing modding in a better engine with more features would be great. I advise you to make some modding functions like in Modders Edition Engine (I'm too lazy to explain what it is)
• Upgraded animal AI. The animals in Carnivores have too ordinary AI, so having a better AIs would be much better.
• Accept the help of the players. It could make the job easier, I know a lot of fans of this game who would be happy to help with models, ideas, or even code.

All I really want for a remaster out the gate is a new shading system with proper sky boxes and selectable day times for all the games including c1,
A new water system,
Mobile port grass,
new gun mechanics,

halo 2 while looking great is absolute horrendous because the gameplay itself is so janky due to the game's development history of having to be pushed out without enough time to clean things up and are still present

there is a line when it comes to remasters that if you make it too triple-a quality on the visuals the problems of the old game are more noticeable which is what halo 2 anniversary crossed

no reason to make a game look better than your previous triple-a entry yet still run and have issues of the older game with no mind of improving or fixing said issues

which is most likely why they also went with pre-rendered cutscenes instead of the in-game ones because oof

A complete remake isn't feasible at all. It would most likely require crowdfunding and would take years to develop. You should read about the history of System Shock remake. It was basically stuck in a development hell for years

we do know the tools are more similar to the ones we've used for carnivores. and more superior too

Which were fine but nothing new

In 2013 we got carnivores hd

A reboot of the franchise

It then got ported to the pc

And a fucking disaster that was

That mobile port was supposed to be the base of all things Carnivores going forward, but after the Steam Greenlight programme got shafted, we stopped hearing from it. Another awesome game called Valkyrie Infiltrator was in the works too, and that pretty much disappeared with Greenlight as well.

It was a Medal of Honor/Wolfenstein like FPS with retro graphics.
