From the manual:
If the S/N contains 25, cut the same color of the cable
that is next to 25 when the timer contains the amount of
cables next to 25.
Else if there are an equal amount of red boxes to the
amount of zeros in the S/N cut the wire that has the
same color of the box adjacent to 29 when the timer
contains 2 in any position.
Else if the number of vowels in the S/N matches the
number of white boxes and it has no T’s, you should cut
the blue wire when the timer contains the largest number
in the S/N in any position.
Else if there are exactly 4 white cables connected, cut
the Magenta wire when the timer contains 0 in any
position no matter what.
Else if the number of cables connected matches the
amount of letters in the S/N, cut the white cable when
the timer contains the number of cables connected in any
position.
Else if the sum of the numbers in the S/N plus the
amount of white boxes is equal to a number that exists
as both the first and the last number on the capped
power nodes and is larger than 1, cut the purple wire
when the timer contains the sum of the numbers in the S/
N in any position.
Else if the last number of the serial minus the rest,
amounts to the number of unique numbers on the capped
power nodes, cut the orange cable when the timer
contains 7 in any position.
Else if the amount of cables that are directly adjacent
to two identical numbers matches the number of M’s in
the S/N, cut the Green cable when the timer contains 5
in any position.
Else if the capped power nodes with the number 29 is
directly next to a white box and the S/N ends on O cut
the Light red cable when the timer contains the amount
of 7’s that exist in the S/N and on capped power nodes
in any position.
Else if the amount of connected blue cables matches the
final number in the S/N cut the Yellow wire when the
timer contains 1 in any position
but where are the cables
here is an example of one, the serial number changes with each refresh
when you mouse over a cable, the color is revealed
ah
here is another
but there’s only so many serial numbers i thought i saw someone say
like they’d only seen 8 or so
idk if that is true i saw it on the official discord
I believe that is correct -- but the solution to the puzzle involves the serial number itself
ok
but we just have to figure out the answer for every config and then it won’t matter that the timer is 1 minute
are the nodes at the end also colored?
so for example, it just gave me C2K4T00 as a prompt to solve this one
no they're always green, and don't change with a hover
ok
although looking at that manual text, I don't see wtf this has to do with 'boxes'
maybe I copied the wrong manual snippet
maybe the boxes are an in-game thing
i think they are isn’t there a line in the preservation manual about one of the puzzles being represented by a thing in flight control
i don’t have the pdf rn i’m on my phone sorry
don’t think this is our thing
that's the compass puzzle I think
this is the correct manual section
folks on the official discord are reporting success with some of these puzzles with the cut the orange cable when the timer contains 7 in any position condition
hmm
we do have colors. mouse over the lines
yeah agreed, no clue. maybe it is a simultaneous clue for the "connect the dots" puzzle as well
or, maybe these puzzle answers are also dependent on the number of dots in the dot puzzles present
i would believe that
idk i’ll look into it more in a bit i’ve got work and i need to eat
there is definitely a timer-dependent component to these
'cutting' the correct color wire at a time with a correct digit present
I have Same Pattern Different ID
yes the id is different every time
Gottcha want me tto delete comment then ?
nah
I have no idea what's going on, I cannot figure out how to reliably get an id to come up for me to solve
sometimes the id in the upper left corresponds to NO puzzle on the page
I feel like thers juust a significant number of empty Id's
orange wire worked on this one, though I've no idea why
did you happen to click on it when there was a 7 in the timer?
I can see if I can get it to come up again and try that. I didn't notice when I did it.
also: it appears that ALL the wire puzzles on the page are all interconnected
so if V00A18I comes up again, you have to look through ALL the wire puzzles on the page to find the orange wire
if you successfully click the orange wire on one of the puzzles when there is a 7 in the timer, it will solve that puzzle AND mark the other wire puzzles on the page as also solved
Ok, so the orange wire was in a different line puzzle and it did work when there was a 7 in the timer
this is going to be rough if you have to do all the puzzles on the page in a minute
it might reset the main timer to a minute every time you solve a puzzle?
Do we have a list of serial number to color wire we're working on?
The timers being out of sync is interesting
Wire Puzzles
I just confirmed again: any time you see a wire puzzle labeled with V00A18I (even if the S/N in the upper left does not match), if you scroll through all the wire puzzles on the page and mouse over all the colors, if you find the orange wire and click on it when the timer has a 7 anywhere in it, it will solve all the wire puzzles on the page
this corresponds with
Else if the last number of the serial minus the rest,
amounts to the number of unique numbers on the capped
power nodes, cut the orange cable when the timer
contains 7 in any position.
from the manual
because V00A18I apparently does not match any of the other conditions
Oh okay that's very simple actually, just need to work out each serial number
the white and red boxes referenced in the manual appear to be in-game (screenshot from official discord)
"even if the S/N in the upper left does not match" How does this tie in?
at first I thought that the S/N in the upper left had to match the puzzle that I was trying to solve. it does not
ah, ok
all wire puzzle s/n same?
all the wire puzzles that spawn on the page will have the same S/N yes
(which changes each time the page refreshes)
ok ok
Do we know if what's in game changes, or do we just need to work with this screen shot for that part?
no clue
I am hoping that's just a static asset, since it'd be insane to require people to be in a live match monitoring for changes
but this is bungie
4 red boxes 3 white
oh wait this is chill actually
yeah I think all of this is easier than it looks, there should just be one rule for each of the ten serial numbers
and with all of them once you solve one wire puzzle it solves them all
it mentions there being cables connected to boxes
We just need a list of the serial numbers to work through the manual word puzzles
Cut yellow cable when timer has a 3 in it
What's the criteria for this one? I think we have 2 solved now
make that 3
S/N has 25, there are 3 yellow cables connected ingame picture
List of Serial Numbers
A0A8N25T1
C2K4T00
L7R34028O
AO7S9V1M
CI20S9R110
HA9TI50A20
V00A18I
A070707R0
B9IU0LKIC1
C2H8I6S29
v00.. orange cable, 7 in the timer
List of Serial Numbers
A0A8N25T1 - yellow wire when there's a 3 in the timer

A070707R0
B9IU0LKIC1
C2H8I6S29
Look for 3 vowel serials that do not have T
C2H8I6S29 is cut white with 4 on the timer
Look for 4 0s in serial
List of Serial Numbers
A0A8N25T1 - yellow wire when there's a 3 in the timer
C2K4T00
L7R34028O
AO7S9V1M -white wire with 5 on the timer
CI20S9R110
HA9TI50A20 - yellow on 2
V00A18I - orange wire when there's a 7 in the timer
A070707R0
B9IU0LKIC1 -blue with 9 on the timer
C2H8I6S29 - white wire when there's a 4 in the timer
AO7S9V1M = white wire with 5 on the timer
It's the same number of criteria as serial numbers, so 1 per?
lse if the sum of the numbers in the S/N plus the
amount of white boxes is equal to a number that exists
as both the first and the last number on the capped
power nodes and is larger than 1, cut the purple wire
when the timer contains the sum of the numbers in the S/
N in any position.
what the fuck does this mean
B9IU0LKIC1 = blue with 9 on the timer
ah i just got that
one
A0A8N25T1 - yellow wire when there's a 3 in the timer
C2K4T00
L7R34028O
AO7S9V1M -white wire with 5 on the timer
CI20S9R110 - White on 4
HA9TI50A20 - yellow on 2
V00A18I - orange wire when there's a 7 in the timer
A070707R0
B9IU0LKIC1 - blue with 9
C2H8I6S29 - white wire when there's a 4 in the timer
I think may be better to go down list
and just slove that way
You have an extra one solved in your list. Did that get verified?
are we just brute forcing?
No
No
I solved it and it worked
Both C serials?
A0A8N25T1 = Yellow Cable with 3 on the timer
C2K4T00 = Purple Cable with 6 on the timer
L7R34028O = Light Red Cable with 3 on the timer
AO7S9V1M = Green Cable with 5 on the timer
CI20S9R110 = White Cable with 4 on the timer

A070707R0 = White Cable with 2 on the timer
B9IU0LKIC1 = Blue Cable with 9 on the timer
C2H8I6S29 = White Cable with 4 on the timer
I cut green for A07S9V1M on 5 that worked
been double-foruming
Oh so we are done
and that does line up
very nice
Any cable white 5 on the timer
ah
A0A8N25T1 = Yellow Cable with 3 on the timer
C2K4T00 = Magenta Cable with 6 on the timer
L7R34028O = Light Red Cable with 3 on the timer
AO7S9V1M = White Cable with 5 on the timer

A070707R0 = White Cable with 2 on the timer
B9IU0LKIC1 = Blue Cable with 9 on the timer
C2H8I6S29 = White Cable with 4 on the timer
yep that lines up
Oh no, there's differences
with mine, I must have made mistakes
did u verify urs
not yet
I'm trying to validate the one I think is wrong in my list
Green
Green worked
on 5
A0A8N25T1 = Yellow Cable with 3 on the timer
C2K4T00 = Magenta Cable with 6 on the timer
L7R34028O = Light Red Cable with 3 on the timer

A070707R0 = White Cable with 2 on the timer
B9IU0LKIC1 = Blue Cable with 9 on the timer
C2H8I6S29 = White Cable wiht 4 on the timer
yep it's green
so are all the rest of yours confirmed now?
C2K4T00 = Magenta Cable with 6 on the timer - can someoen try this, it didn't work for me
yeah that didn't work for me either
it's purple, not magenta
looksa bit morelike lilac on the screen
yeah should be "purple"
this works
A0A8N25T1 = Yellow Cable with 3 on the timer - validated
C2K4T00 = Purple Cable with 6 on the timer - validated
L7R34028O = Light Red Cable with 3 on the timer - validated
