Currently in a run and the map was generated in a way that it's basically impossible to go further because the cliff is too tall/too far away. I tried to get a better picture to show the teleport line but it wasn't possible for me at this time, sorry.
Edit: Sorry, It wasn't Frozen Mountain 2, it was Frozen Mountain 1.

It’s doable. Just point the line where you need , don’t worry it its pink , make 1-3 steps back and you should see yellow circle on that cliff then press trigger and you will see the active teleport position of yellow/green color and you good to go. But probably it sounds not very clear.
But I use that way often to reach far surfaces

I had finally managed to get past it but it wasn't until after maybe, 15 minutes of looking for the right spot. Every time I tried to get it up there normally, it made it about, half way up the cliff no matter where I stood
