You can get to them. It is not a bug. Look very closely by edges and you will find the opening to the caves

What caves ?? On the video one entity at the left side shooting from the inside of the stone wall. Very bug to me.😅

I used to catch enemies in walls but not for a long time, I'm on PC tho, so maybe something is up on quest
