I know that sounds obvious but, focusing on that incredibly banal point can help to remind you that it is just that - phantom imagery.
there's no fast way to get good at that. just takes a lot of persistent practice.
ultimately you gotta trick that shitbird amygdala with a distraction while you suss out how not-threat a given thought or thing is, time for your actual brain to piece it together. as long as amyg has it, it'll just generate cortisol.

What I mean is, as temps rise and dall, pump speed is increased and decreased to match. If you set it yourself. Which is fine, but you'd have to set it at the max pressure the loop can handle since you're not actively changing it during use
If you set it with too little pressure, you may end up thermally throttling or allowing the loop to heat too much when you put it under load
So just make sure you do a good full test allowing the loop to normalize under load while watching your clocks
