K means you're unlocked, you can overclock it.
F means it doesn't have internal graphics, so, graphics card is needed.

Unless you live in a area with high electricity costs you really don't need a 80+ Platinum PSU. Often costs much more for very little benefit.

The RAM is also kinda bad in terms of speed.

You're lucky to not have picked AMD, Ryzen is a bit sensitive to RAM speeds.

Pretty much any ram that runs at like 3000 MHz CL16 or better will do fine.

If you really want just dual getting something around the DDR4 3200+ speeds should be what you kinda want
Getting 16GB with that should be more then enough unless you plan to video edit/other big project work like that
