I'd imagine it would be pretty weird... If I had to guess tho they wouldn't have trouble reading since it's essentially translating visuals (text) into certain meanings based on how they're constructed. However, I'd imagine it would use much different parts of their brains since they wouldn't be just "saying it to themselves in their head" but rather directly translating the words to their meanings

Quest has the best Value, higher resolution than both the Index and Vive pro 1 /Cosmos series, can do both standalone and PCVR, Cons are it's a Facebook product so there may be privacy concerns depending on the person you are, controllers don't have 5 finger tracking, it's only 3 if I'm correct, integrated audio is the worst of the 3, controllers are LR6(AKA AA) Battery powered and don't have as accurate tracking as the other 2 (this is excluding the Vive Cosmos). Vive Cosmos Elite and Vive pro have the best expandability of the 3 with having face tracking and the Wireless adapter (that's all they going for them), Cons for the HTC vive headsets are support is mediocre at best, and included controllers have no finger tracking and are bulky, Integrated microphone is the worst of the 3. Valve index has the best support, has higher than 90 FPS refresh rate (provided your PC is capable of pushing the frames), has the best integrated microphone array of the 3), FOV is the highest of the 3 (Vive and Quest have similar FOV), controllers have 5 finger tracking, has the best of integrated audio solution compared to the other 2 or 3 VR headsets), Cons are that the controllers are fragile and you may have to RMA hardware many times. Both HTC Vive(excluding the Vive Comos, The Cosmos Elite uses base stations) and Valve index use basestations and have the best tracking. All 3 headsets are capable of FBT provided they're connected to a PC and with some additional hardware(especially for the Oculus Quest 2).
