I work like this first i buy avatar pieces then i assemble it together into a avatar rig it weight paint then test in a VR avatar testing program to see if it's working correctly it requires a lot of versioning i had gone up to 100 versions of one avatar one time till it was finally correct and then when everything looks good I texture it and test the textures in the avatar testing program and then if that's all good it goes in unity and then i assemble it into a unitypackage with everything setup and then it goes in vrchat i upload it for PC and quest and fallback with polytool to create the quest and fallback version and then it can be accessed on quest standalone so I can switch easily between the multiple creator programs and the VR headset all on 1 headset

It's just really nice for creating avatars would recommend this setup to avatar creators
