You'll have to play on extremely low resolutions which will look pretty bad, and you'll most likely also have low fps aswell. Like even with my gpu which is a bit better than the rx 550, I still either have to play boneworks completely blurry for smooth framerates, or play it as a laggy experience

really depends on the user generated content. If you play with mirror dwellers that all have unoptimized avatars, you'll lag a lot, if you play with people that use optimized avatars you won't lag that much
and the worlds also have an impact on performance. I remember going to a world and even with everyones avatars still loading, I only had like 15 fps because my gpu is so underpowered
