For intel, 4th gen SoCs and 5th gen chipsets and later have an fTPM (albiet iirc I've heard the very first generation was a bit of a mix, since some motherboard manufacturers didn't feel like making a toggle for it). the issue is, if upstais had it installed, and how thin the barier is, their heating would heat my flat and i would not be able to controll that

the isolation is still not the issue generally cus you still put isolation below the heating circuits

They're also much more noise proof as they're not only a more stable material to begin with, but also unlike wood which expands and constracts all over, doesn't really do anything.
