I'm pretty sure that just means for the lenses themselves. I'd definitely recommend prescriptions though, not having to take glasses into VR is quite liberating, and only a bit more expensive really.
I think there's also some sort of screen protector type things you can get to slide over your lenses to lessen the impact your glasses may have against them, but I have very little knowledge of those.
Like the plastic ones they put on smartphones.

That my be a good alternative then.

I've tried a few different models now of vertical mices, including the MX vertical cus it seems to be form a technical standpoint the best to get
However the shape is utter garbage
It's an absolute desaster what logitech did with that mice.
The top button part is 100% straight
It's not cureved like your grip as any other mouse does
It's ridiculus to hold and to click.

My biggest issue i had with the Bayo was that it had a chance to reset the DPI for some reason.
And not being programmable i did go for this one instead.
Still use the Bayo for work now tho

It's so the arm isn't getting twisted and squishes the inside over extended periodes which is the common cause for numbness, pain / carpal tunnel and also can cause general muscular stress.

Just one thing to be very aware off.
Switching to a vertical mouse can take a while if you're of the slower adapting type.
Because your movement curve to get to the points you want to is different, so in the beginning you will be rather inaccurate and can't really do straight lines.
