If you can maintain 4125 MHz at 1.35v that would be maximizing your chip.

Possible ceilings to your headroom will overcurrent/Amp on power delivery and temperature.

If you don't have adequate cooling, the cpu won't maintain its boost clocks.

You can manually set temperature limits to not throttle when your cpu passes 80c but that will reduce the lifespan of your hardware if you tweak it to stay boosted 24/7 in the 80c-100c window.
