Alot of these people are taking off the oil from the engine while it was not running or hot at all so there quite a notable amount that still is still not as fluid and will stick too it.
Also why for an oil change you wanna do it on a engine that's on working temperature (oil temp!) and not from standing.
For most of these videos they have been standing and not prerun, so the oil is cold and the deposits will for a bit at least partially shortly provide some little lubrication which is enough to extend the survival time.

To answer your question I’ve always really been interested in broad field of Engineering for me it was more-so the software side of things, but I’m not going to kid myself any longer I don’t really like it and each time I’ve tried it I’ve become less motivated to pursue it every time.
I wanna choose mechanical engineering specifically now because it’s something I’ve found really cool and I think it has a lot of prospects to get me into fields I really want to understand like Nanotechnology which is something that’s fascinated me for years.
I’m someone who changes their mind far too much so I really really have to give this thought, but I’m at a state in my mind where I really just wanna get started and I don’t mind going back to school now to actually learn new stuff all I really know now is I want my career to be in the STEM Field.
I do know that it’s going to be extremely challenging and definitely life changing because where I live America going to school costs a lot of money so if I end up going I probably have to take on debt which means I have to make sure this is the right choice for me.
But I’m leaning towards this now over anything software based because it just personally excites me that I get to explore so many topics in physics something I’ve grown to admire now a days. And even if I’m not the greatest in math I really wanna improve in it now and I truly believe I can build such an amazing skill set if I take on engineering, but again I just really need to think it through.
Which is why I’m trying to ask experience of others see what they went through and stuff like that.

Best overall VR headset is the Valve Index kit. If you want wireless PCVR with FBT compatibility get a Vive Cosmos Elite or a Vive pro series headset+index controllers, Vive trackers and the wireless adapter (It's recommended to have a very beefy PC if you want to go this route and is very expensive) All base station tracked VR headsets like the Valve index and most HTC VR headsets are compatible with FBT out of the box.

So the only good PCVR only headsets are in the $900-1000(for the full kit which you will need if this is your first time purchasing VR hardware that uses base stations)+USD range(note full kits do not include FBT). The Oculus Quest 2 can do PCVR with Oculus link but doesn't do PCVR as well as exclusively PCVR only headsets, has no FBT support out of the box and requires a Facebook account to even use it.

The only reason I'm using it over an index is because I plan to get the wireless adapter eventually.

Considering that the OG Vive is a first Gen VR headset and the Rift S is a 2nd gen VR headset Oculus is at fault in this case.

If you're trying to say Oculus shouldn'T have fucked up, then this issues is something that can easily slip through and never have been though of during testing if the test setup had no bad controller / usb config that caused the issue.
And, Vive should then have learned and still not have a crapy mic on the new ones.

You can get replacement watchman dongles here https://vrdongles.com/products/watchman-dongle-for-steamvr-and-htc-vive (this watchman dongle will stick out due to its exposed PCB but is very reliable when it comes to being in stock) ifixit sells official HTC Watchman dongles but they appear to be unavailable on the ifixit UK website.
