Set more realistic goals. It's admirable to go for a challenge, but you should make it a feasible one. A unity game is doable, but c++ alone has got many pieces of it to learn. You gotta learn build system(s), then syntax, then stdlib, and then finally you can start playing with graphics APIs. Definitely best to practice quite a lot before you go into graphics APIs though.
