So in order to use avatars from private worlds, or to upload your own content, you need to rank up from visitor to new user. This doesn't take long, and the game just wants to know you're an active user and not going to use a new account to troll and then throw it away. Until then, you can still use avatars from public worlds

2 days basically the stadium took a few minutes but the Palace took more

Sadly for the Stadium there is one extra light because the city is Attached to it and If I remove it the City goes
