Idk, you've got loads of people telling you they're not experiencing the same problem with much weaker systems. The budget you've spent on your machine does not account for the issues you're having simply because any computer from the last 5 years can run VRChat, VR or not. You're the single odd one out with an issue you're experiencing alone, so maybe I'd turn around and look further for those issues before jumping the gun and saying the devs are at fault--developing a game or a program for PCs whose x86 architecture goes back to 1980's and the massive range of variables that could be causing the issue, I'd say they can have a little bit of slack when it comes to this kind of problem. merge as many bones as you can and use constraints to mimic a single moving dynamic bone onto multiple other bones
