as long as you dont change your avatar, you should be fine.

motion sicknes is something you can "train" away. If you use vr long enough (and take breaks when you start to feel sick) it will go away eventually

USB-C to USB-A cables actually go against the USB standard, that type of conversion is not up to spec, so anyone who makes them tends to be lax about standards. Some even reverse polarity if you plug the USB-C end in upside down... beware of that type of conversion cable.
