Like joining a world gives like 5 seconds of stutter, and going into dense places gives stutter. Do I need to go back into command and delete the link, or does just outright deleting the file remove it?

Shouldn’t it require a confirmation at the original email address before it’s changed. They don’t ask if it’s you. They just tell you its happening. Hey there, I'm new to VR and therefore to VRChat. I hope this is the correct channel for such a question. If not please tell me the correct one.
When I'm "playing" (correct verb?) VRChat and move through the area I sometimes experience graphical issues e.g. that I see for less than a second the SteamVR-loading-screen. Also sometimes "stutters" the graphics.
Does anybody has an idea how to improve/fix this?

2 in setting make sure ur mic is the one ur using with visible volume bar working.
