You'll find perfectly good studio microphones can end up sounding worse than anything else for no reason

Also a big reason why audio is differently mixed for different things.

But... optimizing a sound profile for different voice software / codecs goes a little over board.

i think generally i felt jelly because i knew the comparison from quest to pc users from my quest and pc friends and pc users just seem to sound clearer so i wanted to see if there was an alternative

or something about pc users sounded better to me

Well pc users have more expensive headsets with better mics overall

Imo the quest microphone is just fine

ofc! but as my voice gets quiet at certain times sometimes it doesnt even track it at all and that makes me stumped

Wearing a headset on top of the quest is really annoying I don't think it's worth the extra mic quality

(also trust me ive felt worse from just headphones standalone, you know those funky cat headphones that light up? yea they're cool but they are heaavvyy!! )

or maybe i just got some comfy ones this time, i am pretty used to head gear because of my old hobbies so i guess.. err... yea.. anyway!
i have insecurity of the tone of my voice i guess and i get frustrated when people cant hear me

That error just means you most likely have some script in your assets overriding button without having a namespace
