Way I get past this is to Unfav an avatar and click expand multiple times (it refreshes it sometimes) then favorite said avatar and do the same thing. It shouldn't do it again

Well it doesnt appear anything happens. After the Avatar Unfav it should be refreshed from doing it then favorite the avatar, from that it will appear in the list and just wont go away. But sometimes a fix for someone doesnt work for another

For me personally, vrc ran fine (enough) on 8gb, but that could also be because my internet is so slow and it takes ages to fill ram up with stuff downloaded from the internet like avatars and maps from vrchat (if theyre stored on the ram (for some reason) idk how it really works)

The limited number of staff does sometimes mean email can take a couple days for a response. Although with mod situations the VRChat team won't often comment on the status of someone who's been reported

Yeah they don’t reply back. I feel like the best feedback is Blizzard style where if an action was taken due to your report you get a message saying so, but not who it was or what action was taken.

The tracking between 1.0 and 2.0 is quite similar. Just 2 base stations (1.0 or 2.0) covers basically the whole room. The benefit of 2.0 is less moving parts, allowing for more reliability
1.0 base stations are compatible with both 1.0 and 2.0 devices, where as 2.0 base stations only work with 2.0 devices

Well you could try game worlds such as freeze tag or murder.
Conversations don't really need to be held for a while, short interactions about the game are fine in such worlds where people talk to each other a bit after the match or during it.

interestingly that has worked agst me sometimes. I was recently in freeze tag at a friend's recommendation but felt more awkward after a few games cos the group there already knew each other, so it felt more difficult to approach them. So i guess luck of draw?
